Bhajan can include any devotional song — including songs about Bhagavan's lila, the gopis, or Radha. Nama-sankirtana specifically means the chanting of the holy names — Hare Krishna Hare Krishna, Krishna Krishna Hare Hare. In Kali yuga, sankirtana is the highest yajna (Bhag. 11.5.32). All else is anga; nama-sankirtana is angi.
